UNICEF WRITERS’ SURVEY – Attached Questionnaires and terms
June 20th, 2009 | Published in News, Opportunities
UNICEF is presently updating and improving our supplier database with a list of writers and editors. The purpose is to establish Long Term Arrangements (LTAs) with high quality writers and editors able to meet UNICEF’s exacting standards. In preparation for this, we would appreciate if you could complete the attached profile form. All information that you provide will be kept confidential and only your name, address and information on products/services will be recorded in the database.
The attached Questionnaire will be used to shortlist writers and editors for further evaluation including review of written work and references review, so it is important that you complete it fully and return it with supporting documents, including a partial list of current clients. The information that you provide will only be used for internal evaluation purposes. For writers and editors with promise but insufficient experience a writing/editing assessment will be organized.
Kindly return the completed questionnaire with details at your earliest convenience but latest by Friday, 25th June 2009 at 12 noon; Attention; Mrs Omayma Ahmed, Human Resources Specialist, UNICEF Kenya Country Office kenyahrvacancies@unicef.org
We enclose a copy of UNICEF’s GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for your information which are an integral part of any UNICEF order or contract. If you have any reservations in adhering to any clauses under these General Terms & Conditions, please specify such reservations/problems in your response to this questionnaire.
