Joseph Wahome Writer of the Week of February 9th 2009

Joseph came, saw, and laughed.

He decided, some time ago, to observe and laugh at life… because it is so damn funny. Especially when the joke is on someone else. Look around you, and you’ll find all sorts of clowns, all trying to wear a serious face. They end up looking even funnier, of course. And if all mankind learnt to smile and giggle and chuckle and guffaw and laugh a bit more… doctors would have to find some other job. Undertakers too. Ah well, maybe a few grim faces are necessary.

“Hey, where’s your sense of humor?”

“It dried up in the Sub-Saharan heat.”
