		<description>I haven&#039;t read the book but based on Mr Bindra&#039;s writing on Sunday Nation, it should be worth my while.
Of more interest is what this book espouses - proper customer care and public relations.
With growing competiton, customers do have choices nowadays and they can always head for the next store, service provider or leisure joint. Gone are the days of monopolies. 
Front-line staff can make or break an organization, how I wish all companies can seriously consider how their staff treat their customers.
All customers should be crowned, I agree. . . More once I read the book.</description>
